This "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to the processing of personal data by SIA Solar XPro, reg. no. 42403043626, address: Ulbrokas Street 23, Riga, LV-1021 (hereinafter - SolarXPro) through its website www.solarshop.lv, including registration and/or placing e-orders, or entering into a service agreement with Solarshop.

SolarXPro's personal data processing is based on the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27th on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also referred to as GDPR, as well as other applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law and good business practices.

The Policy includes general, additional, and/or specific terms and privacy notices, which may also be included in agreements, documents, forms, and SolarXPro’s website www.solarshop.lv. The Policy is an integral part of the general terms and conditions for service provision. When entering into an agreement with an individual (customer), offering services or goods, SolarXPro refers to the Policy and provides the customer with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with it. The Policy is part of the Agreement, and SolarXPro assumes that the customer is informed of and has familiarized themselves with the Policy.

The purpose of the Policy is to inform individuals about the processing of personal data, the legal basis and purposes of processing, the retention period of personal data, the categories of recipients, data protection, and the rights of data subjects to access their personal data. By using SolarXPro’s services, including the website www.solarshop.lv, you acknowledge that you are providing personal data for the purposes outlined in the Policy.

• Customer: Any individual who:

  • Uses SolarXPro’s services;
  • Uses SolarXPro’s website;
  • Has provided personal data and expressed interest in entering into a service agreement and/or purchasing goods;
  • Has provided personal data and entered into an agreement with SolarXPro.

• Personal data: All data of the SolarXPro customer that allows direct or indirect identification of the customer.

• Anonymous personal data: Information that cannot be linked to a specific customer because identifying information has been removed.

5. Categories of Personal Data

The categories of personal data SolarXPro collects and processes include but are not limited to:

• Identification data (e.g., name, personal ID number, date of birth, bank account details, payment date, amount, and purpose);

• Data related to associated persons (e.g., the customer’s representative or contact person, information about the payer if different from the customer);

SolarXPro collects personal data from:

• The customers themselves;
• Customer representatives/contact persons;
• SolarXPro partners (e.g., creditors, postal/courier service providers);
